For two days experts and enthusiasts of this field will be able to live taste experiences in the historic buildings of the famous and evocative medieval town, in an absolutely unique atmosphere.<\/p>\n

Palazzo Salimbeni<\/strong>, Palazzo Comunale, Palazzo del Rettorato, Palazzo Squarcialupi, but also Palazzo Sansedoni and the Grand Hotel Continental Siena: these are the venues that will host the famous event, this year at its fourth edition. An opportunity not only to try excellent products, rewarded in the guide The WineHunter Award, while admiring masterpieces of Italian art such as the Majesty of Simone Martini and the fresco of Guidoriccio da Fogliano.<\/p>\n

But also to attend interesting conferences, workshops and master classes at Palazzo Sansedoni. The first of these events, which will officially open the event on the evening of 25 January, is “Small Plates Dinner”. That is a “walking dinner” that will feature Sienese restaurants and their typical dishes, paired with wines presented at Wine & Siena.<\/p>\n

Near the enchanting Piazza del Campo there is Enoteca I Terzi, where there are more than 1800 labels to accompany the classic dishes of the Tuscan tradition, and the Enoteca Emporio Mediterraneo, a real “cultural” space where you can meet “convivio and doctrine “. The Enoteca Cantina in Piazza is a small place where you can taste and buy the best Tuscan wines, recommended by the owner Aimone. While since 1995 the Brunello di Montalcino Winery, still in the heart of the historic center, is the right place to enjoy a good glass, starting from the red that gives it its name.<\/p>\n

There are also numerous wineries that offer tastings in the province: between Montepulciano, San Gimignano and Montalcino the choice is really wide. The historic Cantina De’Ricci di Montepulciano organizes tastings with samples of traditional Tuscan delicacies.<\/p>\n
