The hotel location was wonderful, just outside the medieval wall. We were given a complimentary upgrade to a garden view room. What a stunning view! The rooms are beautiful. Plush, white linen, and modern bathrooms. Truly like staying in an old Palazzo. The staff were so helpful and kind, and service was so prompt. Highly recommended.

We stayed here with another couple because it is so close to the center of Old Town Siena. Once you arrive there is no driving and just a short stroll to the Siena's center. Fabulous customer service before arrival and during our stay. The rooms are a standout and nicely appointed and the breakfast was area and food were better than average. Parking is available and a short few steps through the garden to the parking lot.

This hotel is so well situated for exploring Sienna on foot. Hard to do better. And there is private, secure, free parking. A rarity! Our room was comfortable, warm & clean if small. Good bathroom with shower. Breakfast buffet was good, and had gluten free rolls. The garden must be lovely in spring & summer.

It was a perfect location for a day exploring Siena. We particularly enjoyed the garden terrace-a perfect spot for sipping a glass of wine and watching the sunset. We also chilled out there reading our books in the late afternoon. The breakfast was good and the staff very friendly and accommodating. Great place for someone with a car because they have a secure parking lot.

We stepped up a price bracket to stay here for 2 nights on our tour round Tuscany - and it was worth every penny!
Overall - cannot recommend the Palazzo Rivazza highly enough.

We loved our stay in Sienna. Our room overlooked the countryside & had a gorgeous view. The room itself was the perfect combination of modern conveniences & the best parts of staying in a Historic Boutique Hotel. We had Frescoes on our ceiling, a king sized bed & an upstairs that had a loft with two twin beds.
